Role Overview

We're looking for an Arabic-speaking marketer to join our growing team. This role can suit either a junior marketer eager to learn and grow, or a strategist with experience managing campaigns and client relationships. You'll be working closely with our team on ad campaigns, creative reviews, and client communication — especially for our Arabic-speaking clients and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Manage or assist in managing client communications in Arabic and English
  • Review ad creatives, proofread copy, and ensure cultural/linguistic accuracy for Arabic-speaking audiences
  • Collaborate with the design and media buying teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights on campaign results
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in Arabic-speaking markets and digital marketing best practices

Ideal Experience

  • Strong written and spoken Arabic (essential)
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus, but not required for junior applicants)
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas for campaigns and processes
