Are you an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and a background in insurance building works? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Construction Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising and managing insurance-related construction and repair projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating trades, ensuring compliance with building standards, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee insurance building projects, from assessment through to completion
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and insurance requirements
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
  • Liaise with clients, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery
About You
  • Proven experience in construction supervision, ideally within the insurance building sector
  • Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and building codes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once
  • Trade qualification and/or relevant building supervisor licence highly regarded
