Are you an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and a background in insurance building works? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Construction Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising and managing insurance-related construction and repair projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating trades, ensuring compliance with building standards, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee insurance building projects, from assessment through to completion

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and insurance requirements

Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines

Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

Liaise with clients, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery

About You

Proven experience in construction supervision, ideally within the insurance building sector

Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and building codes

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once

Trade qualification and/or relevant building supervisor licence highly regarded

Supportive team environment with a strong focus on quality and service

Variety of projects – no two days are the same
