The Company

Covering the Perth Metro Area we specialise in carrying out Onsite inspections and preparing building insurance claim reports.

We need to be able to provide a high level of customer service to both our clients and Australia's leading Insurance companies.

PLEASE NOTE :  ONLY APPLICANTS WITH PREVIOUS SUPERVISION/ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED

In This Role You Will

  • Join and be a part of an excellent team of highly motivated and supportive people.
  • We will train you to carry out on site insurance inspections and write accurate assessment reports on the condition of property and policy coverage (including one story roof inspections to identify water leaks /damage)
  • We will train you to develop a detailed scope of works and estimate costings for the repairs required.
  • Be able to schedule and supervise the repair of these jobs.
  • Be willing to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Be capable of dealing with a high volume of jobs.
  • Re able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and trade contractors very quickly
  • Be willing to be part of a team that collectively work together to achieve our KPI targets, that our quality levels are upheld and an excellent level of customer service is always maintained.

Criteria:

  • Previous Experience as an Repair Supervisor.
  • Insurance Repair or Industry Knowledge will be highly regarded
  • Want to be part of a Team that want to be the Best.
  • A trade background would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Current drivers licence is required
  • Solid computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook essential and MYOB preferable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Outstanding business and time management abilities
  • Be highly motivated and achieve outstanding results
