Valor Property Group is a fast-growing, Perth-based insurance builder working with one of the city's largest insurance providers. We specialise in residential insurance repairs and pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery. With continued growth and demand, we're seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding role combining both office-based estimating and onsite supervision. You'll be responsible for assessing property damage, creating accurate scopes of work and ensuring smooth and high-quality project delivery. You will manage your own workload and operate independently, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed scopes of work for insurance repairs.

Liaise directly with homeowners, insurers, and trades to provide clear communication and resolve issues.

Maintain organised, compliant, and up-to-date project documentation.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in estimating (insurance-related experience highly regarded)
  • Understanding of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and WHS requirements.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drivers Licence.
