About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Course Consultant with strong sales instincts and a passion for helping people take the next step in their careers.

As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students — guiding them through our enrolment process with confidence, integrity, and a consultative approach. This role requires someone who can build genuine rapport, ask the hard questions when needed, and ultimately convert enquiries into enrolments by understanding the student's goals and aligning them with the right course.

All leads are warm and generated through inbound enquiries. Your role is to build trust, support potential students, and help them commit to a life-changing education opportunity.

Day to day, you will be:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Guiding students through their course options and eligibility
  • Ethically converting enquiries into enrolments
  • Achieving enrolment targets and KPIs
  • Leading campus tours and creating a welcoming, informative experience
  • Contributing ideas to increase enquiries and streamline the enrolment journey

About You

We're looking for someone with the drive to succeed, the passion to inspire others, and the attention to detail to get things done right. You'll be confident, proactive, and not afraid to ask the hard questions that help students make the right decision.

What we're looking for:

  • Foremost is a can-do attitude
  • You are self-motivated and positive with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including time management
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence in building rapport quickly and having direct, honest conversations
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant sales or enrolment experience (education sector experience highly regarded)
  • Marketing experience and/or software knowledge (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canvas) – bonus points
  • Knowledge of RTO operations, Skills First funding, and VET Student Loans – highly desirable but not essential

This position is from Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
