Your Impact as an AACDS Course AdvisorAs a Course Advisor for AACDS, you will be the driving force behind our student engagement and enrolment success. Specialising in active course enquiries, you'll leverage your sales expertise to connect with potential students and alumni, empowering them to pursue their educational goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
● Driving Enrolment Success: Lead the conversion of AACDS enquiries into high-quality enrolments, consistently meeting and exceeding intake targets.
● Expert Consultation & Sales: Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls, engaging prospective students in meaningful conversations about our specialised courses, career outcomes, and how AACDS can meet their aspirations.
● CRM Nurturing & Growth: Strategically manage and nurture enquiries within our CRM, fostering new enrolments and identifying opportunities for alumni upskilling/cross-skilling through both accredited and non-accredited Demi Education Group courses and workshops.
● Strategic Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify, assess, and advise on business opportunities to support our campuses and business units' growth.
● Building Trusted Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with industry and employment partners, positioning Demi Education Group as a trusted advisor in the sector.
● Enrolment Facilitation: Expertly guide students through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey in close collaboration with internal teams.
● Contributing to Strategy: Provide valuable insights and input into the development of strategic business and commercial plans for AACDS and the wider group.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is ready to make a significant difference. You'll bring:
● Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in a high-volume sales environment, preferably within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or similar educational setting.
● Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapid rapport and engage diverse individuals.
● Driven & Resilient: A target-driven mindset, comfortable with high-volume calls, and possessing the energy and work ethic to consistently achieve results.
● Customer-Centric Focus: A genuine care for student success and the ability to compassionately guide individuals towards fulfilling career paths.
● Adaptability & Collaboration: The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment, adapting quickly to new strategies.
● Strong Negotiation Skills: Confident in leading sales conversations and securing high-quality enrolments.
● Organised & Efficient: Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple enquiries effectively.
Industry Advantage (Favourable): Familiarity with accredited training or education programs, or prior industry experience in the beauty, health or wellness sectors, is highly advantageous but not a strict requirement
