We offer over 50 online courses that students can access anytime, anywhere. Our students, mostly aged between 25 and 45, are often looking to change careers, seek promotions, or formalize their expertise with nationally recognized qualifications.

**Qualifications**
- Consult with prospective students to understand their goals, motivations, and suitability for different courses
- Provide accurate information on course structures, pricing, funding options, and career outcomes
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking to manage and follow up on leads
- Achieve individual enrolment and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and student support teams to ensure a seamless student experience
- Stay up to date with course content, industry trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the RTO sector

**Additional Information**
- Monarch’s office is based in the Melbourne CBD but this is a remote based role.
- Full time, 9am to 5.30am
- Working in a team of Course Consultants, reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment
- 2 x Full-time, permanent vacancies
