Marketing / Administration Assistant

Suitable candidates should possess the following attributes;
- Role will suit a recent Marketing Graduate
- Reliability and someone who takes pride in their work
- Ability to use CANVA, Indesign, LinkedIn
- Strong in designing ads, posts, promotional marketing material
- Ability to work weekends if required (it is not often but sometimes client ask this of us to meet tight deadlines)
- Dedicated to servicing team of engineers in a timely, professional and committed manner
- Flexible, can do, hands-on attitude
- Solid computer proficiency with MS Office suite
- Good written, interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong time management & autonomous work style
- Ability to quickly learn tasks
- Take responsibility for tasks and make them your own
Example of some tasks:
- Conference scheduling and co-ordination
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Meet and greet visitors that come to the office
- Management of client database + marketing material
- Creating marketing material including Linked in posts
- Helping with ISO9001 internal audits
- Downloading and printing from datarooms
- Formatting of Client documents in MS word
- Fill up office photocopier + staff tea room
- Co-ordinate set up and close out of client training courses
- General office assistance
