We're on the hunt for an energetic and proactive person to join our team at Polvin Fencing

Full-time position based in Dandenong South.

Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 to 3:00 pm on Fridays (but can be flexible)

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Typing of quotes/orders, processing payments
  • Filing and updating databases
  • Manage incoming sales enquiries
  • Liaison with customers from time of order to payment and delivery
  • Completing and following up quotations
  • General sales administration

Full training will be provided and there is plenty of room for growth and role expansion.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be efficient and forward thinking
  • Be proficient in using Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Be professional with excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to gain product knowledge and learn practical applications in order to assist customer queries
  • Show excellent attention to detail
  • Work well individually as well as in a team environment
