The Opportunity – Lead the Townsville Office

As a Salary Partner, you will:

  • Establish and lead a new Townsville office with full national support
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients immediately
  • Oversee delivery of Business Services, Tax, and Audit engagements
  • Mentor, develop, and manage a local team of professionals
  • Drive strategy, client relationships, and business growth (you won't be on your own)
  • Enjoy autonomy while benefiting from a major national firm's systems, resources, and support

You'll be the key leader driving the firm's North Queensland presence.


What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 8–10+ years' experience in public practice
  • Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents Only
  • Strong technical capability across Business Services, Tax and/or Audit
  • Confident leader with experience managing teams + client portfolios
  • Commercial mindset with enthusiasm for building a practice
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Someone who wants a transparent, genuine pathway to Equity Partnership
