About PERSOL

Our top-performing recruitment team in the country is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to contribute to the growth of our STEM capability. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and quarterly commission structure.

About You

You will be a proactive recruitment consultant or an experienced B2B sales professional, always looking for the next opportunity to grow your market. You're a confident networker and take ownership of your specialist market vertical.

What your day-to-day will look like
  • Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage a database of candidates actively seeking careers in specialist professions
  • Reach out to prospect candidates using various online tools / social platforms
  • Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CVs
  • Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome
  • Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
  • Invest the time to truly understand our customers so that we can be the best at delivering great value
Skills and Experience
  • Recruitment Industry or B2B Sales experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to form and grow relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proven background as a team player
  • Demonstrated ability with balancing sales and customer service skills
