About your new role

The Business Support team is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane CBD office. As a business support recruiter, you will focus on recruiting temporary and permanent employees in business support functions across the Engineering and Construction sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop candidate attraction strategies
  • Business Development: build and sustain client relationships
  • Candidate management
  • Screen and place potential candidates
  • Manage end to end recruitment campaigns
  • Be a subject-matter and market expert in recruitment within the sector
Qualifications / What you will need to exceed
  • Previous experience in recruitment and business development is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a high-volume & customer focused environment
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone and are resilient
  • Great team player who likes to have fun while working
