Maybe Frank
is known for serving some of Sydney's best 
wood fired pizzas
, paired with great drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a 
skilled Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo)
to join our team—someone with a passion for high-quality ingredients, precise technique, and maintaining a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook 
    wood fired pizzas
     to a high standard.
  • Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching to ensure consistency.
  • Operate and maintain a high-temperature pizza oven.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.
  • Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a 
    Pizza Chef
     in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza-making techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
