I'm currently on the lookout for a talented Pizza Chef to join our team at our bustling pizzeria on King Street in Sydney. As a full-time member of our kitchen staff, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, crafting delicious pizzas for our hungry customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas according to our menu and customer preferences

  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality

  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning

  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

  • Maintain a clean and organized work station

  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Food safety certification is a plus
