About the Role

Our client is embarking on its first truly global technology transformation, migrating legacy systems into a unified Azure cloud environment. This initiative requires strong leadership in change management to align regional IT leaders, secure buy-in across APAC, Americas, and India, and enable regional teams to champion the benefits of this shift. We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive stakeholder engagement, overcome regional silos, and ensure alignment across IT and Finance.

Please note this is a 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead change management for a global cloud transformation, with an emphasis on stakeholder buy-in rather than end-user adoption.
  • Partner with regional IT leaders to position them as key advocates and sponsors for the Azure program.
  • Translate global program objectives into clear, regionally relevant value cases that resonate with local leadership.
  • Orchestrate alignment conversations across IT and Finance, ensuring cross-functional understanding of program benefits.
  • Anticipate resistance and address scepticism by building tailored engagement approaches for difficult stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver interventions (briefings, workshops, targeted comms) to break down silos and foster global collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Office to measure progress on adoption and provide feedback loops from the regions to global leadership.
  • Serve as a cultural broker between corporate headquarters and diverse regional contexts, building trust and sustaining commitment.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong senior change management background, ideally within large-scale, global transformation programs.
  • Proven expertise in technology-driven change initiatives, with specific experience in cloud transformation highly desirable.
  • Strong record of influencing senior stakeholders, navigating resistance, and shifting entrenched mindsets.
  • Ability to build coalitions and foster collaboration across siloed, regionally focused teams.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills tailored to executive and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-cultural change initiatives spanning APAC, Americas, and/or India.
  • Practical understanding of IT operating models and ability to bridge conversations between IT and Finance.
