About Pelican Manufacturing

We are an Osborne Park based healthcare manufacturing company with a small team of 15 staff, making various products used in aged care and for people living with injuries or disabilities. We strive to provide support and assistance through our wide variety of products and pride ourselves on our workmanship and friendly customer service.

About the role

You will be joining our warehouse team, working as the dispatch person.

The parcels are mostly sent in Star Track airbags, and less than 5kg. Road parcels are packed in cardboard boxes, and are generally up to 20kg, but can be higher. You will have other warehouse staff to help lift anything heavy. The courier connotes are produced on the computer.

While we do have a front office, this job will see you in the middle of the action in our warehouse with 5-6 other friendly staff members in various roles such as sewing, custom-made products, quality assurance sewing checks and production management.

We will train you up, and we have multiple back-up people who know the job, to help you out.

General computer skills are essential for this role.
