ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary purpose of the Receival and Dispatch Clerk role is to facilitate and support the operations within Qube Energy Dampier work zones.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting coordination of trucks in and out of the yard
- Completing chain of responsibility forms for all trucks
- Completing the gate in and out of materials
- Completing detailed documentation for transport and material movements
- Facilitate project scope to deliver safe and efficient operations as directed by Qube management
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on inventory management systems and processes
- Receive and coordinate material requests and points of enquiry from stakeholders
- Support the documentation filing process to ensure compliance
- Analyse, report and correct material discrepancies
- Take an active role in supporting material management and transactions within the Dampier operations and for their customers
- Proactively communicate within the supply chain stakeholders to meet customer requirements
- Monitor, report, and rectify all inbound / outbound CoR non-conformance events to ensure safe movement of material in the supply chain and industry best practice of load restraint is integrated and observed within the operation
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Computer literate and experienced in MS Office Suite
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (Car)
- Pro-active, goal orientated with good attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
- Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
