We are seeking an Administration Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for an organized, proactive person who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Working closely with our Admin Manager, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You'll support key areas such as WHS documentation, online site inductions, and project handovers, while assisting with communication, scheduling, and document management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.

  • Maintain office supplies, records, and company documentation.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.

  • Prepare and update WHS documentation; coordinate online site inductions.

  • Support the preparation of project handover documentation.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the broader team.

About You


• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
