The opportunity
The objective of this position is to lead our CHW Proactive Civil Maintenance team in planning, coordination, and delivery of scheduled preventative civil maintenance. The role also leads the CHW monitoring, triaging, dispatch and customer fault services across water and wastewater networks.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in leading and motivating effective and responsible maintenance teams across multiple locations – civil construction and maintenance is advantageous.
 - Demonstrated safety leadership and working knowledge of safety regulations.
 - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
 - Demonstrated experience in managing delivery of contracted works.
 - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
 - Victorian Drivers' Licence
