The Role

They are seeking a Contract Administrator with civil and earthworks experience to support their expanding project portfolio. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll work across multiple projects, ensuring contracts are administered effectively and variations are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract administration across multiple civil and earthworks projects.
  • Prepare, review, and process variations and progress claims.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support Project Managers in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with contract terms and project documentation.
  • Contribute to project success by identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in civil construction and earthworks.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, and project financials.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
