The opportunity
The objective of this position is to lead the CHW Reactive Civil Maintenance Team to deliver both reactive and assist planned civil maintenance activities. This role is also responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of 24/7 maintenance services across water and sewer assets.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in leading and motivating effective and responsible maintenance teams across multiple locations – civil construction and maintenance is advantageous.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and working knowledge of safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing delivery of contracted works.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Victorian Drivers' Licence
