Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to drive hiring across our stores sourcing talent via social media, job boards, referrals and networking, working with the Recruitment Team to streamline strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience every step of the way.

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

  • Coordinate the recruitment of team members for our network of stores.

  • Proactive sourcing and attracting potential team members via social media, job boards, database searches, referrals, search engines, and networking.

  • Support and execute our recruitment strategy, working with wider Recruitment Team to embed proactive recruitment and selection initiatives across the business.

  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other relevant business stakeholders, in support of delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

  • Undertake other tasks relevant to training and recruitment, providing the best candidate experience.

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

  • Experience in a Retail Leadership role and/or one year experience in a Recruitment/Administration position in a high volume environment.

  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders whilst managing multiple work flows

  • Excellent skills and confidence in communication, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated experience in using various recruitment search tools such as Seek Premium and exposure/knowledge of proactive search methods is desirable although not essential.

  • Outstanding organisational, time management, priority management skills with strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and the Microsoft Suite
