Located in West Perth our clients are a highly successful company in the construction industry in which provide high-quality building services to residential and commercial markets.

Due to growth and success the Directors would now like to add to their already successful team with the addition of a Contracts Administrator.

The vacancy:

  • Source and engage credible and reliable suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
  • Draft and deliver contracts to KPIs as agreed upfront with Business Development Manager
  • Work with a legal representative as and where needed to ensure contract terms are drafted with utmost care
  • Review and manage existing contracts
  • Build and manage relationships with existing vendors
  • Develop business proposals and complete tender documentation/submissions to relevant standards
  • Timely invoicing and retrieval through relationship building
  • Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
  • Oversee and manage the systems that host the various contracts, track inventory, and the supply of goods
  • Accountable for the timely execution and delivery of contracts

To apply:

  • Proven success in a Procurement / Contracts Admin Role within Australia
  • Proven success in a Procurement / Contracts Admin Role within the construction industry in Australia
  • 2 or more years proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, variations, and commercial terms specific to the building industry
  • experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with contract management software (e.g., Procore, CHEOPS, or similar construction management platforms)
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Australian work rights or valid visa with work authorisation
