Impact you will make in this role
We are searching for a results driven and relationship focused Recruitment Specialist to join our team to connect skilled professionals across not-for-profit organisations.
Supporting our Recruitment Directors and Senior Consultants, you will play a key role in the execution of end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle which includes talent pooling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, check-ins, candidate care
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Apply your data driven approach to search for candidates across our customised database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, our networks, Associations, and custom engagement platforms
- Write compelling job ads and manage postings across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct reference checks and manage offers with professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure candidates have a positive and seamless experience
- Provide market insights and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
About You
- Proven success as a Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with high levels of emotional intelligence and confidentiality
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, the ability to proactively communicate to multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
