The Position

You will manage the recruitment of candidates, while working closely with the trainers and recruitment team and your duties will include:

  • Developing and building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Liaising with and meeting with clients to promote all aspects of our business model
  • Consulting with key decision makers to develop recruitment strategies
  • Creating job advertisements for permanent and casual recruitment assignments
  • Receiving, assessing and responding to applicants to assess suitability
  • Scheduling and conducting phone, online and face to face interviews
  • Submitting resumes and organising interviews between candidates and clients
  • Providing ongoing contact and support to clients and candidates
  • Maintaining administrative support to assist with internal processes

The Requirements

Whilst recruitment experience in not required you need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Commercial and professional outlook
  • Confidence in a sales environment
  • Experience in the international freight forwarding or logistics industry
