We're looking for our next agency recruitment-guru to join our Sydney team as we head into 2026. Whether you're a permanent or contracting recruiter, if you have a strong network and proven success in the Sydney market, we'd love to hear from you. While we're open to experienced consultants across various spaces, we have three key areas of focus right now:

• Engineering/Operations
• B2B/Consumer Sales
• Contracting Recruitment Specialists

Engineering and Sales have been our bread and butter since the very beginning, our strong reputation built upon long-term relationships with our customers. Meanwhile, our contracting recruitment business has expanded rapidly; in FY25 we saw 188% growth and an uplift in every metric we measure. The Opportunity

Our NSW recruitment team is a force to be reckoned with, and we're in a strong position to bring talented new consultants into the fold in 2026.

You'll manage your own 360 recruitment desk from end to end, leading varied assignments across a high-calibre client base. We equip you with the tools, systems, and training you need and trust you to manage your desk your way. We focus on genuine relationships, high-quality service, and great outcomes—for you, our clients, and our candidates.
