We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator, to work primarily in a FIFO Regional capacity. However, there will be times between projects where work will be carried out in our Kwinana Head Office, as such a willingness to work in office in Kwinana is essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Cost Control data entry for personnel work hours & plant/equipment utilization
  • Weekly Payroll submission for all personnel on site
  • Procurement and receipting of all materials and deliveries to site
  • Assisting the Site Management & Supervisory team with administrative support
  • Supporting the HSE team with reporting, database management and training management
  • Completion of day works data entry and reporting
  • Management of manning forecasts and reporting
  • Being a point of contact to all admin queries and issues on site

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ Years' experience in a Client Focused Administrative Position within a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite - Excel essential
  • Professional and clear written & verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to multi task and see tasks through to completion
  • Strong problem solving skills
