ARG Workforce has partnered with a global waste and recycling powerhouse to engage an experienced Weighbridge Operator/Administrator for the following, ongoing position based in the Willowbank area. 

The duties for this role include:

  • Operate the weighbridge at the landfill facility, ensuring waste material entering the facility is accurately weighed, recorded and documented.
  • Undertake various customer service and general administration duties to assist the site manager in the day to day operation of the site
  • Perform data entry of all weighbridge dockets into the appropriate data base in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any irregularities or issues
  • Management of the plant weighbridge database and routine reporting, including provisions of certificates of destruction.

The successful candidate will possess: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role (waste or weighbridge administration experience)
  • Drivers licence with reliable transport.
  • Switched on and high attention to detail.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screen and police check.
