This newly created role will report to the Finance Officer and be based on-site at Eagle Farm.

About us:

Turosi Pty Ltd is a privately-owned poultry Company with facilities in Victoria, Queensland and NSW, providing a full range of raw and cooked food solutions across a range of proteins to the retail and food service sectors.

About the role:

This is a new position which will be responsible for the processing of accounts payable across the company. Maintaining accurate and up to date supplier ledgers and accurate coding of purchases and expenses.

The role is based at our Eagle Farm site and is a Full-Time permanent position.

You will report to the Finance Officer, based at Eagle Farm and join a small accounts payable team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all invoices received are forwarded in a timely manner
  • Check vendor invoices against purchase orders
  • Liaising with internal staff to resolve any queries and variances
  • Maintain an internal register of internal distributions points
  • Be the point of contact for any invoice discrepancies
  • Prepare cash forecast requirements for weekly and monthly payment
  • Process supplier payment runs as scheduled
  • Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis.

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts payable, a seasonable professional
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Reconciliation capabilities
  • Business Central ERP system

  • Experience in a similar role.
