About the Role: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of large volume of invoices, including matching to purchase orders, in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

  • Communicate with site staff to ensure discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manner

  • Reconciling monthly supplier and credit card statements

  • Supplier account set up

  • General support of Finance, Procurement and Administration teams

  • Filing and banking duties

  • Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team, and happy to get in the trench when required

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong Work ethic

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Experience with a large ERP system

  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
