CopRice is the animal foods division of SunRice and is a leading supplier of nutrition products to the companion animal and livestock sectors. CopRice has been supplying quality feeds for animals for over 30 years across 6 sites in NSW and VIC.

About The Role
The Supply Clerk plays a key role in supporting CopRice Gunnedah's Accounts Payable operations. You will help manage the company's outgoing financial transactions by ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all transactions with regards to Creditors
  • Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers
  • Entering invoices
  • Filing and maintaining supplier records
  • Reply to queries regarding supplier invoicing
  • Answer phones using proper telephone etiquette
  • Ordering of Stationary, office supplies and Mill supplies

About You
This position is ideal for someone experienced in customer service who is highly organised, adaptable, with great attention to detail. We're seeking a practical, enthusiastic team player who takes pride in getting things done and has a solution focussed mindset with the ability to problem solve. Previous experience in accounts payable would be highly regarded.

You Will Also Have

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Skills and experience in Invoicing, Purchasing, Record keeping
  • Demonstrated understanding of clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Accurate data entry
  • SAP Experience (desirable)
