Join a high-performing team at Data#3, a leading IT solutions provider, where you'll help drive customer success by managing and growing IT maintenance and support contracts. Based in Brisbane with a hybrid work model (two days in-office or more if you like), you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive sales team working with major vendors and diverse clients across Australia.

In this role you will:
- Manage and grow maintenance renewals to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.
- Hunt for new business opportunities
- Partner with other lines of business Account Executives and colleagues to close new sales and expand existing contracts.
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners to identify and develop opportunities.
- Provide tailored Data#3 value solutions to meet customer needs.
- Track, forecast, and report on sales performance against targets.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and competitor activity
About You
- 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, ideally in IT.
- Skilled at building relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable using data and Excel to analyse customer and renewal insights.
- Effective communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Driven, professional, and eager to learn and grow in your sales career.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
