You're highly organised, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced admin role with lots of moving parts. You'll ideally bring:

  • Great attention to detail and a focus on quality service
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical admin setting
  • A current Working With Children Check
  • Australian citizenship (essential to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance)
Why join us?
  • Be part of a nationally respected healthcare provider
  • Enjoy real work-life balance in a stable, full-time role
  • Access extensive training and development
  • Get great benefits including paid parental leave, discounted gym memberships, health insurance deals, and novated leasing options
  • Save on medical services like pathology, radiology, and travel health
  • Take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Get involved in corporate social responsibility efforts like fundraising and community events
