 $40–$45/hr + penalties + super

 Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

 Full-time, permanent role

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Production Programmer with Pytha experience to join our close-knit programming team of four plus a manager. You'll be the vital link between customer designs and the manufacturing floor — transforming ideas into precise, manufacturable components and machine programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret sales orders, client drawings, and specifications.
  • Produce accurate shop drawings for client approval and manufacture.
  • Revise drawings in line with client markups.
  • Create manufacture-ready 3D models and CNC programs.
  • Liaise with Production, Procurement, and Operations to ensure materials and hardware are ordered on time.
  • Forward cutting lists and CNC files to machines.
  • Collaborate with factory and installation teams to clarify construction and installation methods.
  • Uphold WHS, quality, and environmental standards, applying LEAN principles.

What We're Looking For

Must have – Proven Pytha & AutoCAD software experience.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes for joinery/furniture.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.
