About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead our merchant-facing programme. This key position plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of our restaurant partners on Uber Eats.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator with strong analytical skills, able to tackle complex problems and drive results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the tools, incentives, and support provided to our partners.

This role involves leading and scaling programmes that help restaurant partners deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow sustainably on our platform.

The selected candidate will have ownership over the following responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise incentive schemes to reward high-performing merchants and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Increase merchant engagement by developing effective enablement strategies and clear communication plans for our Account Management team.
  • Align cross-functional teams around shared programme goals and measurement frameworks to drive execution.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while advocating for product and process improvements that enhance the merchant experience.
