Job Overview

The Director, Election Programme plays a pivotal role in planning and delivering election specific programmes.

As a strong strategic leader, you will develop programme plans and ensure their successful implementation with a range of project managers supporting you.

You will report to the Executive Director, Elections Group, leading, mentoring and managing a team of project managers and key project resources through the end-to-end process of delivering the election.

A credible and seasoned leader, you can confidently provide expert advice and support to internal stakeholders and project teams.

You will build productive relationships and manage expectations accurately while ensuring high-quality project management governance and compliance in line with the programme management methodology and framework.
