Job Opportunity: Director, Election Programme

The Director, Election Programme is a newly created position responsible for planning and delivering election specific programmes.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Elections Group, as a strong strategic leader you will develop programme plans and ensure their successful implementation with a range of project managers supporting you.

Key responsibilities include responding to immovable deadlines, working within complex and changing regulatory requirements, leading, mentoring and managing a team of project managers and key project resources through the end-to-end process of delivering the election.

You are expected to be a credible and seasoned leader, who can confidently provide trust, expert advice and support to internal stakeholders and project teams. You will build productive relationships, accurately manage expectations, whilst ensuring high-quality project management governance, compliance and practices in line with established methodologies and frameworks.

As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence, driving business outcomes and achieving results through effective project delivery. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies, procedures and initiatives that align with our goals and objectives.
