Job Title: Senior Programme Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead the development, design, delivery and evaluation of programmes and initiatives within a complex policy and reform environment.

  • Develop and deliver a portfolio of programme and initiatives that are based on sound policy advice and meet the needs of families, children and communities.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on programme performance to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Maintain productive internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive collaborative working across divisions and sectors.
  • Translate policy into practical initiatives that deliver value to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve key policy and project milestones and outcomes.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience in programme development and delivery.
  • Sound understanding of programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to translate policy into practical initiatives.
  • Leadership and management experience.
