Leading International Freight Forwarder & Logistics provider seeking locally experienced Senior operations clerk to support General Manager with day to day operations.

In this role you will be taking responsibility for customer bookings, processing relevant documentation in line with customer expectations and attending to day to day operations whilst the company go through next level growth phase.

You will be working closely with local carriers and overseas agencies and negotiating best rates and outcomes to support customers.

This is a full time role  8.30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. You will be working in small dedicated team environment in office (No WFH)   Mascot Location, modern office close to transport.

To qualify for this role you must have minimum  5 years current local experience in International Freight Forwarding Operations and have confidence to deal with customers of all variations. 

You must have excellent communication both verbal and written as you will be interacting with customers, carriers  and internal team to achieve desired results for clients within company expectations both verbal and written (email).
