Client Service Officer / Associate (Pathway to Adviser)

Our client, a reputable and growth-focused firm is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer path way to adviser to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Handle client inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.
  • Support advisors with preparation of reports, documentation, and client meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in training and development programs to support your journey toward the Professional Year and advisor roles.

Skills

  • 2 to 4+ Year experience in Financial Services
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
