Description
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional support via chat, phone, and email
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and understanding the firm's platform and operational processes
- Collaborate with brokers, associates, and internal teams to execute transactions
- Monitor and facilitate client transactions to ensure a seamless experience
- Resolve complex client cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Document and track customer interactions using tools such as Zoom Phone, Intercom, Slack, Asana, and Salesforce
- Triage internal support tickets and assist in debugging product-related issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client support processes
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom Phone, Intercom, Slack, Asana, and Salesforce is preferred (training provided)
- A modest understanding of financial markets and infrastructure is preferred but not essential
