Client Services Officer
Inner city serviced office business is now seeking a mature and very experienced client services officer to take on a key front line role for this highly successful and long standing operation. The role involves all aspects of a frontline serviced office operation including the following:
- Centre opening and closure on a daily basis
- Front desk attendance – client and visitor interaction
- General office operation responsibilities
- Receiving goods and parcels
- Coordinating meetings, functions and events
- Actively participate in all aspects of the business operation
We are looking for an individual who is a highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently in a culture built around people. The successful applicant will need to be:
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
- Customer service professional
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience required
- Great communicator both written and oral
- Experienced in an office environment
- Minimum 3-5 years of office environment experience is essential
- Extremely well organised and have great time management
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills – office suite, email, etc
- Take pride in their work
