Position Summary:

• Warmly welcome all guests and provide an overview of the hotel and spa facilities.
• Manage reservations and bookings for incoming guest calls.
• Escort guests to treatments while highlighting the unique benefits of each service.
• Confidently upsell spa treatments, enhancements, and retail products to maximize the guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from pre-arrival through to post-departure.
• Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations with personalized and thoughtful service.
• Handle guest queries and requests efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa/salon reservation software, and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Perform reception duties with precision and attention to detail.

About You

• Hold valid working rights in Australia.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to advance your career.
• Possess strong knowledge of spa treatments, from massages to facials.
• Confident in recommending and upselling treatments, enhancements, and retail products to elevate the guest journey.
• Self-driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude and smart problem-solving skills.
• Hold a current RSA and Police Check (essential).
