**About the Role**
We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our Spa Reception Team. Your main focus will be ensuring that all our guests and clients receive the highest level of service by being their first point of contact. You will be responsible for greeting all our Pool, Gym and Day Spa guests and ensuring a five star service from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking bookings for our Spa treatments and services
- Assisting with our Pool, Gym and Spa enquiries
- Monitoring the pool, gym and other facilities to ensure cleanliness & safety
- Liaising closely with our Therapists regarding their bookings and schedules
- Providing administration support to the team
- Having an in depth knowledge on all services on our spa treatment menu

**Skills and Experience**
- Administration or reception experience within a similar environment
- The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- A passion for the beauty and health industry
- Competency using Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible availability across a 7 day rotational roster, shifts ranging from 5:30am to 10:15pm
