**Position Summary**:

- Warmly welcome all guests and provide an overview of the hotel and spa facilities.
- Manage reservations and bookings for incoming guest calls.
- Escort guests to treatments while highlighting the unique benefits of each service.
- Confidently upsell spa treatments, enhancements, and retail products to maximize the guest experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from pre-arrival through to post-departure.
- Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations with personalized and thoughtful service.
- Handle guest queries and requests efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa/salon reservation software, and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Perform reception duties with precision and attention to detail.

**About You**
- Hold valid working rights in Australia.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to advance your career.
- Possess strong knowledge of spa treatments, from massages to facials.
- Confident in recommending and upselling treatments, enhancements, and retail products to elevate the guest journey.
- Self-driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and smart problem-solving skills.
- Hold a current RSA and Police Check (essential).
