We're looking for a Sales Cadet to join our dynamic, high-performing team at one of Mazda's leading dealerships. This is your opportunity to learn from the best, sell cars that people love, and grow into a "Top Gun" sales professional with $125, earning potential.

WE DON'T NEED AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE, WE NEED A PERSON WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE, GENUINE CARE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND A WINNER'S MINDSET

What you bring:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license & reliable method of transport.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hospitality and/or general retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email
  • Comfort in interacting with clients via phone and in-person
  • Absolute passion about all things Mazda, promote our high quality products with pride and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
