About the Role

Cranbourne Mazda is one of Victoria's newest state-of-the-art dealerships and we are proud to be recognised for our outstanding customer satisfaction results. As we expand our service team, we are seeking a Trainee Service Advisor to join us at the front line of customer care.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided—ideal for someone with excellent people skills who is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers to the service department and guide them through the process
  • Accurately record and communicate customer vehicle requirements
  • Learn and utilise dealership systems to manage bookings and updates
  • Provide timely communication between customers and technicians
  • Contribute to a high-quality service experience that builds trust and loyalty

  • A positive, approachable personality with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and industry knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment
