The Role

We are currently looking for a New Vehicle Sales Trainee to start their career with one of Australia's most recent Mazda Master Dealers.

This is your chance to enter the Automotive industry and learn from the best

Your main aim as a Car Sales Trainee is to connect with customer's and ensure they have a seamless, exciting and unforgettable car buying experience.

Your day-to-day looks like:

  • Providing 5 star customer service.
  • Demonstrating the latest vehicles your dealership has to offer.
  • Tailoring the vehicle of choice to suit customer's key requirements.
  • Assist with the negotiation of price and terms.
  • Provide your customers a professional handover when they come to pick up their brand new vehicle.
  • Participate in all the necessary on the job training and professional development that is offered by the dealership.

No Car Sales experience required

Previous experience in Car Sales is absolutely not required. We are recruiting candidates who enjoy connecting and engaging with people. Dealerships consider candidates from various customer-facing roles including: Health & Fitness, Hospitality, Retail, Sales, Real Estate or similar.

Do I receive training & support?

You sure do  If successful, you will undergo a 4-week training program that consists of;

  • 2 weeks of intense sales process training with one of the best sales trainers in the country and you will learn the HFH way of selling a high number of vehicles while delivering 100% guest satisfaction to 100% of our guest 100% of the time
  • Your next week will consist of learning our IT programs and to finish things off you will learn the advantages of MAZDA finance and MAZDA ASSURED so you can hit the ground running when you join the team
  • The Sales Cadet programs run for a maximum of 6 months (5 months on the job) and when you graduate you will be a fully equipped Sales consultant with the ability to earn a very competitive salary and drive a fully maintained company car.
  • You will also have the ongoing and continued support from our management team with the opportunity to climb to the top.
