Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) is on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Site Administrator to join our project team at BHP's Olympic Dam site in South Australia. This is your chance to become an integral part of our crushing and screening operations, supporting the Backfill Crushing Department with a variety of essential admin and coordination tasks. Our work includes fixed plant limestone crushing for CAF operations, in-pit ore crushing, sand screening, and the supply of vital aggregates across the site. We've built a strong, tight-knit team of around 60 people on-site, covering both production and maintenance — and now we're looking for YOU to bring your admin skills and site experience to the table.

About the Role

We're ideally seeking a Roxby Downs local who can work a DIDO Monday to Friday roster (7am–5pm), with some flexibility around hours depending on the right candidate. However, we're open to FIFO arrangements for those based elsewhere — what matters most is that you're ready to hit the ground running and bring a strong work ethic from day one

Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting Site Management with day-to-day project and maintenance administration
  • Coordinating freight and fuel logistics, plant and vehicle records (FRC), and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Coordinating site travel/ Accomodation through INX on BHP Supplied charter flights
  • Data entry for time & attendance (payroll) and general reporting
  • Managing BHP site access and onboarding via LMS & RightCrowd
  • Liaising with HR/Payroll for onboarding/offboarding tasks
  • Assisting with roster planning and updates

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar admin role, ideally in mining, construction or civil project environments
  • Outstanding time management and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure
  • Friendly, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • A current and valid SA Driver's Licence
